Just to let you know, I have been contemplating what I would do with a million dollars. Even though I am a missionary (missionaries are supposed to be poor )I have a nice home, an automobile, and all of my physical needs are being met. Moreover, I have many things that are far more valuable than material possessions- Salvation, Health, Family, Friends, etc I do not like the current method that missionaries and evangelists are having to use go to a church and ask for financial support. I haven’t done that in years because it is not a priority for most churches and/or Christians for that matter. Most people’s “World” is where they are physically living. When I go to a church, I go to give (minister). So what would I do with a million dollars? Of course I would upgrade my standard of living, but more importantly I would use a million dollars to plant a million churches all over the world and to aid in our P.E.A.C.E. plan.

I enjoyed reading your blog today, and I thought that you might be interested to learn that a new edition of Napoleon Hill’s classic book “Think and Grow Rich” has been published.
It contains valuable sections and additional information that no e-book contains.
Its title is “Think and Grow Rich!” (subtitled) “The Original Version, Restored and Revised.” I am the editor/annotator of this new 416-page edition, which is really an homage to Dr. Hill. (For several years I was the editor-in-chief of “Think & Grow Rich Newsletter.”)
What I have done is this: to restore Dr. Hill’s book to its original manuscript content (it was first published in 1937, but was abridged in 1960), annotate it with more than 50 pages of endnotes (most of the persons and events he discusses are generally unknown to readers today), index it thoroughly, add an appendix with a wealth of additional information about Dr. Hill and his work, and revise the book in ways to help remove certain “impediments” to reading the book today (language that today would be considered obsolete, sexist or racist). None of these things had previously been done with TGR.

You may keep your Napoleon Book on how to be rich in earthly goods if you like, but my friend you need to be very cautious about promoting how to be rich from the platform of Christianity. You are in error when you go so far as to deceive people into thinking that the Bible also supports your nonsense. THE BIBLE DOES NOT TEACH METHODS FOR GETTING RICH. IF SO THEN IT IS FULL OF CONTRADICTIONS (For which it is NOT!)

Mark 4: 18-19… “And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, And the cares of this world, and THE DECEITFULNESS OF RICHES and THE LUST OF OTHER THINGS entering in, CHOKES THE WORD, and it becometh UNFRUITFUL” Hey Brother God’s Word tells us that RICHES ARE DECEITFUL, not BIBLICAL!! RICHES can choke out the Spiritual Health of Believers who were once sincere with God, causing them to put their PRIORITIES IN THE WRONG PLACE THUS GIVING PLACE TO THE DEVIL!!
THESE TYPES OF CHRISTIANS NEVER HAVE ENOUGH THINGS. WHILE CHASING RICHES YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT IT IS TO BE CONTENTED!! My husband and I have views very similar to yours as well. We also have come under fire for them. DO NOT EVER back up or back off from what the Lord reveals to you about Himself and His ways. People misuderstood Jesus and felt very threatened by Him. The same will happen to us. The servant isn’t better than the Master. I do believe Jesus Himself told us this. Please be encouraged from your fellow laborers in the Lord.
