I just recently (Sunday, Jan 11, 2008) preached the following message about money. This message applies to everyone. The rules given here will work for Christians and non-christians alike.

Es Mas Bendito Dar Que Recibir  -It is more blessed to Give than Receive

• Navidad es la celebración del mejo regalo al mundo- El Hijo de Dios-
• Christmas is a celebration of the best gift to the World- The Son oF God

• Dios Dio su único Hijo- Juna 3:16
• God Gave His only begotten Son- John 3:16

12 Reglas Acerca del Dinero-   12 Rules About Money

1.    Dar tu Diezmo a Dios -No Seas un Ladron
Give your tithe to God – Don’t be a thief
Malaquías 3:8-12

2. Dar un Diezmo (10%) a ti mismo
Give a tithe to Yourself
(Es para invertir en un negocio)
(For investments)

• Invertir en algo sabio- un carro no es una inversión
• Invest wisely- a car is not an investment

3.    Dar tus Primicias y Ofrendas a Dios-
Give your firstfruits to God

• En 2009 di todos mis primeros ingresos a Dios
• In 2009 I gave all of my first paycheck or income to God

• Una primicia o ofrenda es aparte de tu Diezmo
• Firstfruits and offerings are apart from your tithe

4.    Controlas lo que tu gastas -Gastas menos que ganas
Control what you spend, spend less tan you make

• Tu Trabajas para el dinero o el dinero trabaja para ti?
• Do you work for Money or does Money work for you?

• El dinero que tienes debe trabajar para ti
• Money should WORK for you

• Tu controlas el dinero o el dinero controla a ti
• Either you control Money ori t will control you

5.    Multiplicar (no pides prestado)
Multiplty (don’t borrow)

• ganas interés, no pagas interés
• gian interest, dont pay interest

• Evitas las deudas – no pides prestado
• Avoid debt, dont borrow money

• Di no a tarjetas de crédito y lugares que cobran interés
• Just say no to credit cards and places that charge interest

6.    No prestas
Dont Lend

• No prestas dinero,No prestas tus cosas
• Dont lend Money or possesions

• Si un hermano pide prestado y tu tienes los recursos, dáselo, es mejor dar que prestar
• If your brother ask for you to lend him something and you have the resources, give it to him, that’s better than lending

7. Ten Sabiduría en tus Inversiones
Be wise in your investments

• No hagas riesgos en algo que no conoces
• Dont risk in things that you know nothing about

• Si no sabes nada de joyas no inviertas en joyas
• If you dont know anything about jewelry, dont invest in jewels

8.    Seas dueño de tu propio casa o Terreno
Own you own home or land

• no rentas si es posible
• dont rent if at all posible

9.    Prepara para el futuro-  ahorras dinero, siempre viene gastos que no habíamos planeado
Prepare for the future – Save Money, there are always unexpected expenses

• 10% a Dios- 10% is God’s
• 10% a ti para invertir- 10% is to Invest
• 10% para emergencias y gastos no esperados – 10% is for emergencies or unexpected expenses

10.    Aumentas tu habilidades a través de una educación
Grow in your abilities through education

• siempre debes estar aprendiendo (Reading,Escuela Bíblica , Clase de Ingles)
• We should always be learning (Reading, Bible School, Language classes)

• Menos que 10% de la populación de México lea con frecuencia
• Less tan 10% of the Mexican population do not read with any frequency

11.    No seas socios de negocios con nadie
Don’t be partners in business with anybody

12. Dar El Diezmo de los Diezmos
Give a tithe of the tithe
Numeros 18: 25 Numbers 18:25

• La Iglesia o tu ministerio debe dar el diezmo de los diezmos-
• Churches and ministries should give a tithe from the tithes that come in

• Es una buena regla para negocios también
• Its a good rule for businesses to tithe also

4 Maneras para Recibir más Bendición

4 Ways to Receive more blessing

1. Cambias tu manera de Pensar- Jer 29:11 positiva y grande como Dios

Change the way you think- Jer 29:11 Positive and Big like God thinks

2. Vivir bajo de autoridad- Mat 8:9- Mis Pastores, Agencias Misionaros y mentores

Be subjected to your authorities- Mathew 8:9 – My Pastors, Missions Agencies and Mentors

3. Vivir para dar- Lucas 6:38-  ‘

Live to Give – Luke 6:38

4.  Pedir de Dios- Lucas 11:9, 13- No confías en el hombre Lucas 11: 9 Y yo os digo: Pedid, y se os dará; buscad, y hallaréis; llamad, y se os abrirá.

Ask of God- Luke 11:9,13- Dont Trust in man, trust in God  Luke 11:9 I tell, Ask, and it will be given; seek, and you will find

Here’s the call to action:

I challenge you to start tithing. Less than 10% of the congregation of most churches do not tithe.

Tithing distinguishes mature Christians from the inmature.

Put the law of Giving and Receiving into action. It is more blessed to give than receive.

Give your Life To Christ and you will recieve more than you ever thought possible in Life. More than just money..

How does joy, peace, improved relationships and a personal relationship with God sound?

Give it all to Christ, tithe with obediance and follw these above rules for success
